        Freddy led Mid-Continent with 9 goals last season and returns for his third season at forward for MCU.  He earned All-TSAC second team and NCCAA All-Mid-East Region first team honors last season, leading the Cougars to conference and NAIA Region XI championships.  He began his college career at NAIA soccer powerhouse Lindsey Wilson in 2005, before transferring to Mid-Continent in 2006.

        At St. Joseph's High School in Rapogi, Kenya, near Nairobi, Okello was the team's top scorer and Player of the Year in 2002 and 2003, and led his team to national high school championships in 2001, 2002, and 2004.  He also was team captain for soccer and basketball.
