Major:  Business Administration.  Birthdate:  May 5.  Son of:  Marvin, Sr. and Darlene Bolden.

A transfer junior from Fredricksburg, Virginia, Marvin prepped at Courtland High School and then attended Allegany Community College in Maryland for one year and Frederick Community College in Maryland for one year before coming to Mid-Continent University.  As a high school senior, the Fredricksburg Free-Lance Star newspaper named Bolden Athlete of the Year, and Marvin earned All-District first team, All-Region second team, and All-Met after leading his team to a District championship and setting single-season records for points, assists, and steals and single-game records for points and assists.

Last season at Frederick CC (2007-08), Bolden led his team with 106 assists, and Frederick CC posted a 16-10 record.  The year before as a freshman at Allegany CC, Bolden averaged 9.5 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 6.7 assists with a total of 214 assists, and also stole the ball from his opponents 52 times.
