Major:  Undecided.  Birthdate:  October 8.  Daughter of:  Terry and Michelle Dewitt.

A freshman from Louisville, Kentucky, Nicki will play both basketball and softball for Mid-Continent University.  She prepped at Atherton High School where she was an All-District selection and won an Impact Player award as a junior and a senior.  As a sophomore in 2005-06, Dewitt was her team's best offensive player and she was named Most Improved Player as a freshman in 2004-05.  Dewitt twice was named to the All-Tournament team at the First Citizen's Bank Classic, earning the honor in 2004 and 2006. Dewitt is just the third Atherton High School basketball player to ever score over 1000 career points.

As a senior softball player at Atherton HS, Nicki was named to the All-District team and won an Impact Player award and was voted the Yellow Jacket Bash Offensive Player and to the Yellow Jacket Bash All-Tournament team.  As a junior in 2007, Dewitt won the Defensive Player Award for her team and earned All-Region and Academic All-State honorable mention selection.  She played in the All-Star games after her junior and senior seasons.  As a sophomore in 2006, Dewitt was voted to the Yellow Jacket Bash All-Tournament team and won an Impact Player award, and as a freshman in 2005, she was her team's Most Improved Player.

Besides her sports participation in high school, Dewitt was president of her school's National Honor Society chapter and class office sergeant-at-arms.
